The Opportunity
Reporting directly into the Managing Director, the Business Director will be a key driver in overseeing all operational aspects of the company. This role involves strategic leadership across daily operations, client engagement, and stakeholder management.

The Business Director will focus on expanding the client network, maintaining strong relationships with local councils, and ensuring the company’s compliance with industry regulations. This is a critical position that will shape the future growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand the client network through strategic negotiations and strong relationship management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Extensive experience in a senior leadership within an SME.
  • Proven track record in operations management, client relations, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and financial targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on team development.
  • Established relationships with local councils are highly desirable.
