A growing organisation are looking to expand their career and aiming to find a driven and passion Construction Cadet for their team

The Construction team at Verve Partners are working with a fast growing organisation to support their expansion and as a result, looking for a recent Construction graduate or individual early on in their career to begin their journey. 

Key Responsibilities, 

Your role will be varied, reflecting the stage of the project and requirements of the business, however, key responsibilities include, 

  • Working closely with the Project Managers to monitor program schedules and ordering of materials 
  • Involvement in Estimating and Tender submissions
  • Contracts administration and documentation including variations and progress claims 
  • Liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure project and contract obligations are met
  • General administration and document control 
  • Supporting Site Managers with any administration requirements 
  • Coordinating site inductions and supporting with WHS requirements 

Your experience, 

To be considered for this role, you will have the following qualifications, and will be passionate about the Construction sector, eager to advance your career in the industry, 

  • Bachelor of Construction Management or Civil Engineering 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Willingness to learn and flexible on daily duties
