As a Contract Administrator, you will be a key member of the project team, closely supporting the Project Manager and working alongside a passionate team to deliver outstanding projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the construction team with expert knowledge and advice.
- Liaising effectively with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Preparing, reviewing, and checking subcontract packages.
- Negotiating and reviewing subcontract tenders.
- Ordering and tracking materials to ensure timely delivery.
- Assisting with project administration, including quality, environmental, and safety plans.
- Assisting the Project Manager with cost forecasting and project tracking.
- Controlling and maintaining project documentation.
- Working on a diverse range of exciting projects across multiple commercial construction sectors.

About You:
- A construction management degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Previous Contracts Administration experience in a commercial environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to follow through on tasks.
- Strong mathematical skills and sound experience using Excel.
- Occasional travel to project sites.
