Roles in demand:

• Customer Service Officers 
• Call Centre Operators 
• Inbound Call Agent
• Outbound Sales Consultant 

Skill set required for these roles:

• Previous experience in a call centre environment highly regarded but good customer service skills a must 
• Excellent communication – particularly clear and concise verbal communication 
• Great at building customer relationships
• Accurate data entry ability
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment 
• Willingness to learn, take initiative and a proactive attitude
