Skill set required for these roles:

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce or similar.
• Relevant certifications such as CPA, CA, or ACCA may be beneficial.
• Power BI or Dashboard reporting experience is advantageous for senior positions. 
• Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, TechOne, Pronto, Xero, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• MS Excel skills will be essential.
