Expressions of Interest: Construction Cadet

A growing organisation are looking to expand their career and aiming to find a driven and passion Construction Cadet for their team

The Construction team at Verve Partners are working with a growing team to support their further expansion and as a result, looking for a recent Construction graduate or individual early on in their career to begin their journey. 

Your responsibilities and duties will be varied, often supporting the team with project requirements through to administration, this includes but is not limited to

Key Responsibilities, 

• Working closely with the Project Managers to monitor program schedules and ordering of materials 
• Contract variations and liasion with subcontractors to met their contract requirements 
• General administration and document control 
• Supporting Site Managers with any administration requirements 
• Coordinating site inductions and supporting with WHS requirements 

Your experience, 

 To be considered for this role, you will not only have the following qualifications, you will be passionate about the Construction sector and eager to advance your career, 

• Bachelor of Construction Management or Civil Engineering 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
• Willingness to learn and flexible on daily duties
