About the role:

• Lead projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring accurate documentation is maintained throughout the lifecycle of each project.
• Oversee project delivery, managing all aspects including budget, timeline, cost, quality, and risk management.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including leadership, project boards, and business users.
• Proactively identify potential delays and provide alternative solutions to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
• Integrate project governance practices into the project delivery process.
• Ensure continuous stakeholder satisfaction through regular communication and engagement.

The successful candidate:

• Has tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business, Information Technology or similar.
• Has 3-5+ years of experience managing and implementing change effectively within the finance space.
• Is skilful in planning, implementing, and monitoring positive and collaborative change.
• Manages effective communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Has extensive engagement with senior stakeholders, training, and adept communication.
• Will have a proven ability in collaborating, building relationships across organisational units.
• Has excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills, crafting high-quality change strategies.
• Is detail-oriented with a focus on positive outcomes for both business and personnel.
