Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to deliver HR operations and strategic business partnering in a values-driven environment.

This is a casual on-hire opportunity, offering a rewarding chance to contribute to an organisation committed to excellence in people and culture.

About the Role: As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with leadership teams to drive people strategies, provide expert HR advice, and support a high-performing and engaged workforce. You will play a critical role in ensuring compliance, fostering a positive workplace culture, and implementing key HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing HR business partnering support across a diverse workforce.
  • Leading HR initiatives, including recruitment, performance management, and organisational development.
  • Advising on employee relations, industrial relations, and workforce planning.
  • Overseeing HR policies, compliance, and employment law requirements.
  • Driving initiatives related to diversity, inclusion, and culture enhancement.
  • Supporting leaders with coaching, change management, and engagement strategies.

About You: 

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field, with demonstrated experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR role.
  • Strong expertise in employee relations, industrial relations, and compliance.
  • The ability to partner with leaders and influence organisational outcomes.
  • Experience in HRIS systems, workforce analytics, and HR project delivery.
  • High-level problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to workplace challenges.
