Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and deliver HR operations and business partner services with a strong emphasis on providing an optimal employee experience. This is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity (12 months) to cover maternity leave, offering a rewarding chance to support an impactful organization.
About the Role:
As the HR Manager, you will be the trusted leader and advisor across all HR functions, fostering partnerships with key stakeholders. You will champion organizational values through integrity, ethics, and a customer-focused approach.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing HR services, including business partner support, HR systems, and administration.
- Driving strategies related to recruitment, diversity, inclusion, performance, and remuneration.
- Leading employee relations, industrial relations, and organizational development initiatives.
- Managing complex employment matters and partnering on strategic HR projects.
About You:
To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field, coupled with demonstrated experience at a senior level.
- Proven expertise in employee relations, organisational strategy alignment, and HR operations.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Experience with managing change initiatives and a diverse portfolio of HR projects.
