Our client, a leading organisation in the NDIS sector, is seeking a Manager Compliance and Operations to ensure regulatory compliance, drive operational excellence, and manage risk within a dynamic service environment.
This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced compliance and operations professional looking to lead governance frameworks and enhance service delivery in a highly regulated industry.
About the Role
As the Manager Compliance and Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organisation meets all NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements while optimising operational processes. Working closely with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders, you will develop and implement compliance policies, conduct audits, manage risk, and lead a culture of continuous improvement.
In an industry where compliance is paramount, your ability to interpret and apply regulatory frameworks will be essential in maintaining service quality and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards, industry regulations, and internal policies.
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance frameworks to support regulatory alignment.
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations to ensure adherence to quality and safety requirements.
- Lead staff training and development programs to embed best practices in compliance and governance.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, liaising with regulatory bodies, and providing strategic compliance advice to internal teams.
The Successful Candidate
- Extensive knowledge of NDIS compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in compliance, governance, or operational management within the NDIS or disability services sector.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities to drive collaboration and support organisational goals.
- Proficiency in compliance and operational management systems.
- Desirable: A qualification in Compliance, Business Management, Social Work, or a related field, along with experience in policy development and regulatory audits.
