This is the perfect role for someone with ambitious career aspirations to join Verve Partners and work alongside a team of professionals. We are looking for a high performer with an ability to work in an agile fast-paced environment. Your deep curiosity of people will see you successfully connect and build strong relationships and networks across your sector specialty. You will have no geographical boundaries, restrictions, or earning potential while you recruit in a specific discipline as a true expert in your market. 
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Execute & manage the full end-to-end recruitment life cycle
  • Design & execute full recruitment marketing strategies & campaigns
  • Building a reputable business across a specific sector
  • Develop & manage a defined client & candidate base
  • Identify & develop new business opportunities
  • Achieve individual sales activity targets & division revenue targets 
  • Build a strong local network – be known as the market leader
  • Initiate various sourcing methodologies to identify top talent
  • Deliver a prestigious recruitment consultancy and service 
  • Be a trusted recruitment advisor

  • Passionate & driven with a commitment to thrive in a results-based environment
  • Ability to build strong influential relationships with a deep curiosity about people
  • Strong networking ability & knowledge across specific markets 
  • Consistent tenure in current and previous positions held
  • Ambitious & self-motivated with a hunger for success
