Verve Partners is recruiting a qualified Senior Asset Accountant to oversee asset registers, support capital projects, and ensure compliance with financial, tax, and regulatory standards. You’ll play a vital part in a collaborative finance team, contributing to both operational accuracy and strategic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial, tax, and regulatory asset registers
- Process capital additions, disposals, and developer contributions
- Prepare journals, reconciliations, and statutory reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and asset revaluations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project controls
- Mentor junior staff and enhance internal asset processes
About You
- CA/CPA qualified or near completion
- Strong asset/capital accounting experience
- Solid understanding of AASB standards
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proactive, detail-focused, and team-oriented
