Senior Control Systems Engineer

Seeking a Senior Control Systems Engineer to lead projects, engage clients, & drive innovation in PLC, SCADA, and power systems across key industries.

We’re looking for a Senior Control Systems Engineer to take on a pivotal, forward-facing role—one that combines technical excellence with the ability to confidently engage clients. You’ll be part of a growing team focused on delivering innovative control and automation solutions across critical industries, including renewables and infrastructure.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, configure, and commission PLC, SCADA, and VVVF drive systems.
• Deliver accurate and compliant engineering documentation.
• Act as the technical lead in client engagements—solution-oriented, credible, and confident.
• Drive project delivery, managing scope, timelines, and cost controls.
• Identify standardisation opportunities and support digital transformation efforts.
• Champion safety standards and continuously improve WHS practices.
• Collaborate closely with engineering BD and documentation teams based in our new office.

Who You Are
You’re a technically skilled and commercially aware engineer, ready to take a leading role in both project delivery and client relationships. You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring a calm, solution-focused approach to technical challenges.

What You Bring

• Electrical trade or engineering qualification.
• Proven experience in PLC & SCADA software development, commissioning, and fault finding.
• Strong background in HV, MV, and LV power systems design.
• Excellent communication skills—you’re as comfortable in the boardroom as on site.
• Proficiency with engineering tools (e.g., Jira, Tempo, Microsoft Suite).
• Organised, analytical, and focused on quality and safety.
