The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team as a Senior Project Coordinator, supporting the delivery of major mixed-use developments. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting project managers and coordinating all facets of project delivery – from planning and compliance to stakeholder engagement and construction quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers in delivering safety, quality, time, and cost outcomes
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company systems
  • Assist with trade packaging, scope reviews, and contract administration
  • Review construction documentation, track progress, and maintain programs using MS Project
  • Review and coordinate design documents and shop drawings, manage RFIs, and monitor statutory compliance
  • Conduct site inspections to verify works against Inspection Test Plans (ITPs)
  • Facilitate internal and external stakeholder engagement with professionalism
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, safety-first, and “Built with Pride” values

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator, ideally in residential construction
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and intermediate capability with MS Project
  • Experience using platforms such as Procore and Hammertech
  • Strong understanding of Australian construction codes and standards
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and think laterally
  • A team-first mindset, with assertiveness and diplomacy where needed
