Site Supervisor

Civil Supervisor required for Civil Contractor in the Newcastle/Hunter Valley region!

Our client has been operating in the local region for over 30+ years and is a specialist Civil Construction organisation. 

We are supporting their team with finding a Civil Supervisor, to lead/drive their local projects. The projects include but are not limited to, Subdivisions, Roads, Rail, Earthworks & Pipeline, therefore, you will also reflect diversity in your project knowledge/capability.

Daily duties & responsibilities include:

• Lead & Drive onsite teams including subcontractors
• Ability to interpret Scope of Work and plans.
• Coordinating materials, plant equipment and subcontractors in accordance with the project program.
• Manage and develop Construction programs, along with the Project Manager
• Maintain and uphold WHS protocols 

Your experience;

To be suitable for these roles, you will need to have demonstrated capacity in a Civil Infrastructure environment and ideally have a diverse range of project knowledge. In addition you will have the following skills & qualifications; 

• Civil Engineering or Bachelor of Construction Management qualifications 
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
