An award-winning commercial construction company is seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to join its high-performing team. Recognised for delivering high-quality commercial projects, this company has built a strong reputation for its collaborative approach, outstanding delivery standards, and people-first culture.

In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind successful project delivery – ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standard. 

Key responsibilities

  • Leading multiple projects from tender stage to final handover
  • Tendering a variety of commercial projects
  • Planning schedules, timelines, and managing project resources
  • Developing and managing client contracts
  • Preparing subcontracts and maintaining communication with subcontractors
  • Managing project costs and building strong client relationships
  • Overseeing project quality, environmental, and safety compliance
  • Managing budgets and providing updates to accounts and directors
  • Implementing WHS protocols and conducting risk assessments
  • Ensuring professionalism in all interactions with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations

About You

You’re an experienced Project Manager with 5+ years experience who thrives on driving outcomes and building meaningful relationships. You’ll bring a mix of technical capability, commercial acumen, and strong communication skills.

Ideally, you’ll have

  • 5+ years’ project management experience
  • Experience delivering projects up to $10M
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to nurture long-term client relationships
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction or project management
  • WHS construction induction certification
  • High attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Experience across medical, hospitality, and commercial projects
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies
  • Experience with strategic planning and risk management
  • Familiarity with Office 365, Microsoft Project, Procore, and Cubit
  • A valid driver’s licence
