Verve Partners is working with a well-established commercial construction business with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across NSW. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of an upcoming commercial fit-out project.

The Role
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful day-to-day delivery of a commercial construction project, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating trades, subcontractors and suppliers on site.
• Managing daily site operations, labour, materials and plant.
• Building strong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship, quality and safety.
• Liaising with clients throughout project delivery.
• Ensuring compliance with all WHS legislation and company procedures.
• Mentoring and supporting junior site personnel.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects.
• Experience managing commercial new build and/or fit-out projects.
• A trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent organisational skills.
• A commitment to delivering projects safely and to a high standard.
