The Opportunity
Working alongside experienced delivery teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and within budget while building your commercial knowledge across every stage of the project lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer subcontract agreements
• Manage subcontractor compliance and statutory requirements
• Assess and process progress claims and payment schedules
• Administer subcontract variations and extension of time (EOT) claims
• Assist with project budgeting, cost reporting and financial tracking
• Support final accounts and Contract Value Agreements
• Work closely with Project Managers to monitor project performance and financial outcomes

About You
You’ll be someone who enjoys learning, takes pride in producing quality work and wants to build a long-term career in commercial construction.

Ideally you’ll have:

• A degree in Construction Management, Building or a relevant trade background
• Experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial construction, or residential construction with a genuine desire to transition into commercial
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of your work
