About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. This role is responsible for analysing systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering insights that support strategic decision-making and organisational transformation.
You will collaborate with a range of internal stakeholders across multiple projects, playing a key role in driving efficiency, innovation, and best practice.
Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse current business processes and systems to identify risks, impacts, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Gather, document, and interpret business requirements in alignment with organisational goals.
  • Recommend and implement solutions that enhance productivity, cost-effectiveness, and performance.
  • Partner with project teams and subject matter experts to support the successful delivery of initiatives.
  • Monitor performance, evaluate feedback, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

About You
You’re a proactive problem solver who enjoys turning data and process insights into meaningful solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments, can manage competing priorities, and are comfortable working across complex systems and multiple stakeholders.
To be successful, you will have:

  • A degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Business Analyst role.
  • Strong analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A current Working with Children Check, NDIS Check, National Police Check, and Driver’s Licence.
