The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join a dynamic and purpose-driven organisation. This role plays a key part in bridging business needs and technical solutions, supporting critical projects and driving continuous improvement across systems and processes.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes to identify risks, impacts, and improvement opportunities
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements
• Support ongoing optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

• Proven experience in a Business Analyst role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification (Business, Commerce or similar)
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
