You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality civil infrastructure projects across the Hunter Valley and greater NSW regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise civil projects including earthworks, drainage, road construction, service installation, and related works.
  • Collaborate with the construction management team — including Project Manager, HSEQ Officer, and Leading Hands — to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure safe site operations, including preparation of safety documentation, staff and subcontractor inductions, and compliance with company systems.
  • Maintain site cost control and reporting, ensuring alignment with budgets and schedules.
  • Oversee environmental protection measures and ensure compliance with company systems.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to business and systems improvement initiatives.
  • Uphold compliance with the Quality Policy Manual, OHS&E Manual, and company procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • 10+ years’ experience in civil construction, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven capability managing bulk earthworks, roads, and subdivision projects.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • A genuine commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
