An opportunity for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a leading Residential & Commercial Builder in the Newcastle area.

Our team are working with a leading Builder, specialising in Residential & Commercial projects across NSW, with a pipeline of works stretching into 2026, we are now aiming to find an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team. 
  
As the Contracts Administrator you will play an integral role in the successful delivery of the project, coordinating with clients and the project team to ensure timelines, budgets, WHS requirements are met. 
  
Responsibilities

  • Liaison with clients to ensure the team understand project program and expectations 
  • Ensure subcontractor contract requirements are being met
  • Progress claims and variations in accordance with procedures
  • Assess subcontract extension of time claims
  • Prepares detailed working budgets and financial control system
  • Working closely with Estimator and Site Managers to support tender process along with on-site documentation as required. 

About you

  • Ideally you will have demonstrated experience in the Residential Construction sector or Commercial projects 
  • Be a strong team player that practices patience and a calm approach
  • Hold a Bachelor of Construction Management or Civil Engineering or industry experience
  • Ability to be flexible in your approach and support the team as required
