About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer. The role is pivotal in ensuring the effective coordination of executive activities, communications, and priorities, and will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key responsibilities include providing proactive and confidential support to the CEO and senior leadership team, managing complex calendars and inbox correspondence, and coordinating meetings and executive schedules. You will prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and professional correspondence, as well as assist with internal and external communications.
The role also involves coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, supporting the planning of meetings and events, and assisting with CEO-led projects. Additional administrative responsibilities include expense and invoice processing, compliance-related searches, leave and timesheet management, and general office and hospitality support as required.
About You:
Essential Criteria
- Qualification in Business Administration (Certificate IV, Diploma, or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in a professional or corporate environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities autonomously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Professional, discreet, and service-oriented approach
Desirable Criteria
- Experience within professional services, legal, consulting, or corporate environments
- Exposure to executive-level project coordination or board support
- Familiarity with compliance-related administration and expense management
