Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage the full end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
- Design and execute full recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Build a reputable business across a specific sector.
- Develop and manage a defined client and candidate base.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Achieve individual sales activity targets and division revenue targets.
- Build a strong local network – be known as the market leader.
- Initiate various sourcing methodologies to identify top talent.
- Deliver a prestigious recruitment consultancy and service.
- Be a trusted recruitment advisor.
