Smikteck is a trusted Managed Service Provider (MSP) helping Newcastle businesses succeed with smarter IT solutions. We’re on the hunt for a driven Sales & Account Manager who can grow our client base while building strong relationships with existing accounts.
The Role This is a key role where you’ll:
- Drive new business opportunities in IT services.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Work with our marketing partners on lead generation campaigns.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.
You’ll also play a part in refining our sales process and CRM use, helping to build a scalable, repeatable approach to growth.
About You You’re a results-driven sales professional who thrives on hitting targets and developing client trust. You’ll have:
- Proven IT sales and account management experience (essential).
- A strong track record in building pipelines and winning business.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience in the MSP industry (highly desirable).
- Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar CRM systems (a bonus).
