Site Manager to join growing Builder in Newcastle, projects across NSW, Commercial & Residential

We are currently supporting a growing Builder in NSW to add a Site Manager to their team across NSW, working on Commercial & Residential projects. 

This organisation has a national reach and is part of a larger group of companies, with secure contracts across the NSW region.

Key Responsibilities; 

  • Co-ordinate all trades and subcontractors
  • Manage a site’s day-to-day operations with respect to subcontractor, labour, materials and plant
  • Liaise directly with all sub-contractors and ensure all work is completed to a high standard
  • Ensure project completion within timescale and budget
  • Develop and build strong rapport with site teams
  • Liaise with client  to ensure successful delivery of projects
  • Ensure that WHS legislation is met
  • Manage all time and quality aspects on the project
  • Mentor and develop junior staff on the projects.

Your experience;

  • Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager working on Residential and Commercial projects 
  • Dedication to quality works and strong attention to detail 
  • Relevant trade qualifications 
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
