Site Manager required to work on a Residential project development in Port Stephens.

We are currently looking for a Site Manager to work on a Residential project within the Port Stephens area, working with a well renowned developer. 

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate knowledge of Residential projects, with finishes to a high quality standard. 

Your role as Site Manager will be supported by a Finishes foreman and Contracts Administrator, with your day to day duties including, 

Duties & Responsibilities, 

  • Co-ordinate all trades and subcontractors
  • Manage a site’s day-to-day operations with respect to subcontractor, labour, materials and plant
  • Liaise directly with all sub-contractors and ensure all work is completed to a high standard
  • Ensure project completion within timescale and budget
  • Develop and build strong rapport with key stakeholders
  • Liaise with client  to ensure successful delivery of projects
  • Ensure that WHS practices and polices are met 
  • Manage all time and quality aspects on the project
  • Mentor and develop junior staff on the projects

Your experience, 

To be successful on this project, you will need to have the following skills and attributes, 

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Residential projects, ideally on a volume scale 
  • Experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor 
  • High attention to detail and quality work 
  • Trade background 
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
