From a stay-at-home mum studying a double degree to a high school teacher, therapeutic support worker and training officer, Amy’s career has been diverse but always focused on supporting people to flourish.

What did you want to be when you were younger?
An actor, singer, doctor...I wanted to be a lot of things!
Why do you do what you do?
I love learning. Inspiring and supporting people to believe in themselves, learn and grow brings me joy.
How do you keep clients/candidates happy?
By keeping the rest of the staff happy.
How would you describe yourself in five words?
Vivacious, perceptive, empathetic, authentic, adaptable, creative and indecisive. I know that’s seven!
What are your hobbies/favourite activities outside of work?
Singing, acting, photography, social time with the important people in my life (with coffee, of course). Summer is beach time, and winter means firepits and BBQs.

If you didn’t work in recruitment, what would you be doing?
Facilitating workshops, trainings and programs. I love creating engaging learning experiences and environments that make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people and adults, as well as fostering sustainable and positive organisational change.
I create and hold space where people feel seen, heard, understood and valued.”
