How would you describe yourself?
I am an energetic, passionate, and caring person and an analytical thinker!
Why do you do what you do?
I enjoy playing a major role in the expansion and success of our clients' businesses. The variety that comes from recruitment is unlike any other industry; no two days are the same.
How do you keep your clients/candidates happy?
Open and honest communication - I’d prefer to be an over-communicator than go with the assumption of no news is good news.
How do you stay up to date with changes in the industry?
Staying in touch with industry contacts, market trends, project wins and government investments in the Construction sector.
If you didn't work in recruitment, what would you be doing?
Always thought I would be a florist if ever wanted to step out of recruitment.
Do you personally support any local charities/community organisations?
Dog Rescue, Newcastle.

Owning a winery in the Hunter Valley!
