What did you want to be when you were younger?
A vet.
Why do you do what you do?
It’s rewarding. I love seeing people get their dream job and watching them progress. It’s also great meeting new people and learning about different roles and companies.
What does your day-to-day role involve?
I spend a lot of time on the phone talking to both clients and candidates. Sometimes even being a counsellor!
How do you keep your clients/candidates happy?
I form relationships and get to know what makes them tick. It's not just about filling a role; it’s about going along with them on their journey.
How do you stay on top of changes in the industry?
I listen to candidates and what’s happening in their business. I stay connected and listen to podcasts and the news.
Do you personally support any local charities/community organisations?
Dress for Success – a not-for-profit that provides professional attire for low-income women so they can achieve economic independence.
What are you really passionate about?
Forming long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
