Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage the full end to end recruitment lifecycle
  • Design and deliver recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Build a reputable business across a specific sector
  • Develop and manage a defined client and candidate base
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Achieve individual sales activity targets and division revenue targets
  • Build a strong local network and brand presence
  • Use multiple sourcing methodologies to identify top talent
  • Deliver a high quality recruitment consultancy and service
  • Become a trusted recruitment advisor to clients and candidates
