A well-established property development organisation is seeking a Junior Development Manager to support the delivery of high-quality mixed-use projects.
Working alongside an experienced Senior Development Manager, you will play a key role supporting project delivery, development management, stakeholder coordination and project governance across the full development lifecycle.
This role is ideal for someone with 5 years’ experience in property development or construction who is looking to step into a broader development role with greater project exposure.
As Junior Development Manager, you will support the development team in delivering projects from design through to completion and handover.
Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the end-to-end delivery of development projects
• Monitoring development programs, milestones and reporting
• Assisting with cost tracking, governance and risk registers
• Coordinating with consultants, contractors and internal teams
• Undertaking site visits to monitor progress and quality
• Supporting procurement and tender processes
• Assisting with contracts and consultant management
• Preparing reports for senior management and stakeholders
• Supporting sales and marketing coordination for developments
• Assisting with defect management and project close-out

About You To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

• Degree in Property Law, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or similar
• 3–5 years’ experience in property development, construction or project management
• Experience across multi-story residential or mixed-use developments highly regarded
• Strong understanding of the property development lifecycle
• Excellent organisation, reporting and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced development environment
• A proactive, motivated and team-oriented mindset
