Junior Site Engineer – Commercial construction

We are partnering with a highly regarded and well-established builder to recruit a Junior Site Engineer. With a strong pipeline of projects and an outstanding reputation for quality delivery, this is a rare opportunity to join a business known for developing future industry leaders.

The Opportunity
This is a hands-on role designed to give you real exposure across the full project lifecycle. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will gain practical experience both on-site and in the office while being supported through your studies.
You will be involved in:

• Assisting Project Managers and Site Managers with daily operations
• Supporting project coordination, documentation, and reporting
• Exposure to estimating, procurement, and subcontractor management
• Monitoring site progress, safety, and quality processes
• Contract lifecycle compliance and risk management, and financial administration.

About You We’re looking for someone motivated, reliable, and eager to learn:

• Recently completed your Construction Management, Engineering, or similar degree with preferrable 1 – 2 years industry experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and willingness to learn
• A proactive attitude and genuine interest in construction
• White Card (or willingness to obtain)
