An established commercial builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a aged care expansion project in Laurieton.

An established commercial builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of an aged care expansion project on the Mid North Coast of NSW.
This role will suit a hands-on Site Manager with strong leadership capability and experience delivering occupied or live-environment projects, ideally within healthcare, aged care, education, or similar commercial sectors.
The Project

  • $6.7 million contract value
  • Extension to an existing aged care facility
  • Includes associated civil and car park works
  • 10-month construction program
  • Class 9B development

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all on-site construction activities from commencement through to completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
  • Drive programme and sequencing outcomes to meet key milestones
  • Maintain high standards of WHS, quality, and environmental compliance
  • Ensure works comply with NCC, residential building practices, and DB&P Act requirements
  • Manage inspections, site documentation, and reporting
  • Liaise effectively with project stakeholders in a live operational environment

About You

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects
  • Experience working on Class 9B developments highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of residential building methodology and DB&P Act compliance requirements
  • Ability to manage projects in occupied or operational environments
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Trade or tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or related discipline preferred
  • Available to commence in June
