Verve Partners is thrilled to announce Georgia Harvey has joined the team as a Talent Specialist. Georgia brings with her 14 years of recruitment experience.

Experienced recruiter, Georgia Harvey meshes perfectly with what we’re all about.
Having worked for over fourteen years in the recruitment industry, Georgia brings to the team extensive industry knowledge, charisma and organisation as one of our newest Talent Specialists.
Georgia joined the team after spending many years in large and boutique recruitment agencies in Newcastle, previously working alongside our Recruitment Director, Simon Rutten.
One of the scarier moments for someone looking for a new position is finding the right business to move into. Meeting with the powerhouse behind Verve Partners, Clare Ferguson, made it clear the business was the right fit for Georgia.
“When I first met Clare, her passion and dedication were infectious. I knew I wanted to be a part of her team. She certainly hasn’t let me down”, Georgia said.
Having been with Verve Partners since July, Georgia recalls that the team’s camaraderie and opportunity to grow adds to the enjoyment of coming to work each day.
“A highlight has been the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience with my new colleagues. And, of course, to have their expertise shared back.”

Above all, Georgia said that it’s all about chasing that feeling when it comes to the motivation behind her profession.

That’s what we can do for our clients and candidates. We help create that feeling and sense of accomplishment.”
Georgia said that in her role at Verve Partners, the ability to create opportunities for people is her main drive and inspiration.
With many years of experience behind her, it’s no surprise that Georgia has previously worked with our newest Recruitment Director, Simon Rutten.
Coming back full circle, Georgia now works alongside Simon at Verve Partners in finance and executive search recruitment.
“I support Simon in a resourcing capacity to find local top talent. We work very closely together; it’s been fabulous to have that business relationship over the years. I love exploring the different markets and providing a powerful service as part of a great team,” Georgia said.
