The Role
As a Senior Accountant within the Business Services & Tax team, you’ll work across a dynamic portfolio of SMEs, family groups, and high-net-worth individuals. This is a role with real breadth, combining hands-on accounting work, client engagement, mentoring, and advisory exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns across structures: companies, trusts, partnerships, SMSFs, and individuals
  • Deliver strategic business advisory, tax planning, and structuring advice
  • Build trusted client relationships through proactive service and clear communication
  • Coach and support junior staff to develop their technical and professional skills
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial outcomes for your clients


About You

You’re technically strong, commercially savvy, and ready for a new challenge in a firm that values growth, yours and your clients’.

You’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Services & Tax within public practice
  • CA or CPA qualification (or near completion)
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian tax and accounting standards
  • Strong client service skills and the confidence to provide advice and guidance
  • A collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in supporting others
