What do you like best about your work?
The people: our team, clients and candidates. Also, partnering with businesses to advise them on their recruitment needs and strategies to help them grow.
How do you stay on top of changes in the industry?
Podcasts, constant reading, and, most importantly, working my network, including peers and industry colleagues. I’m actively involved in Business Hunter and attend many events.
If you didn't work in recruitment, what would you be doing?
Probably working in media, it's where my career started. If not, it would definitely be something related to helping businesses solve problems – a consultant of some kind.

What do you think clients/candidates love most about what you do?
The fact I care and want to see the results, including growth. They also like that I’m solutions-focused. I remove their problems and come back with solutions. Plus, they appreciate my ability to tap into talent based on years of experience within the recruitment sector.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
Continuing to grow Verve Partners nationally within our target markets. We’ve already opened our Wollongong office, and plans for our next location are in the pipeline.
