A national, award-winning construction business is seeking a driven and experienced Site Manager to join its high-performing team. Recognised for delivering complex and high-quality commercial projects, this company has built a strong reputation for its collaborative approach, outstanding delivery standards, and people-first culture.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in completing the Project Safety and Environmental Plan.
  • Assess all Subcontractor Safe Work Method Statements prior to starting on site.
  • Establish the site with relevant requirements; including site signage.
  • Conduct daily site inductions for subcontractors and site employees.
  • Ensure all site personnel are adhering to EHSQ Policies.
  • Complete regular safety checks including identifying all foreseeable risks and hazards and list control measures.
  • Regular EHSQ monitoring and improvement.
  • Discuss safety checks at subcontractor meetings and ensure closeout of identified risks.
  • EHSQ initiative and innovation
  • Mentor, manage and coach site coordinators
  • Create positive sub-contractor relationships

About You:

  • Proven experience delivering commercial new-build projects $10m+
  • The ability to manage site teams and multiple stakeholders with professionalism and confidence
  • Established local Sub-contractor relationships
  • Relevant qualifications / experience
