The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements, BAS & tax reports.
- Manage accounts payable & receivable to optimise cash flow.
- Support budgeting, forecasting & strategic financial planning.
- Oversee payroll, superannuation & compliance reporting.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with ATO, ASIC & financial audits.
- Maintain and improve ERP systems (Navision preferred).
The Successful Candidate
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- 3-5 years in financial accounting, preferably in manufacturing/construction.
- Strong taxation, compliance & payroll processing knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & ERP systems (Navision preferred).
- Ability to analyse financial data & drive process improvements.
