Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimation of new projects
  • Management of start-to-finish Turnkey projects
  • Coordination of project-wide and on-site-based matters
  • Creation, negotiation, and management of timelines and variances with clients
  • Program works for future weeks
  • Constant communication with project leadership teams
  • Primary point of contact for clients with projects under your care
  • Additional duties as required by Operations Management

Requirements:

  • Previous Project Management experience within a fabrication environment
  • Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft suite, MS Project, AutoCad)
  • Understanding of quality and safety in the Metal Fabrication industry
  • Energy and passion for developing people and culture to improve productivity
  • Confident decision-making abilities
  • Proven record of completing projects under budget
  • Quotation/estimation experience
  • Experience working with ERP software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCad
  • Experience working to Milspecs
  • Certificate IV/Diploma in Project/Business Management
  • CAD drafting skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a team focus
