Senior Project Manager – Newcastle NSW location

We’re searching for a Senior Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience in high-rise residential construction to drive this project from planning through to successful delivery. You’ll work alongside leading consultants, guide high-performing construction teams, and be empowered to lead with vision, precision, and pride.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from concept to completion, ensuring time, budget, and quality targets are met.
• Oversee design coordination, cost management, and construction programming.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across design, development, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Lead the site team and drive a strong safety, quality, and performance culture.
• Manage financial forecasting, trade letting, procurement, and construction methodologies.
• Actively resolve buildability, design, and contractual issues with proactive solutions.
• Represent the business with professionalism, care, and commitment.

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years’ experience in construction, including 5+ years as a Project Manager in high-rise projects.
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of Australian construction codes, standards, and regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale developments and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing WHS, Environmental, and Quality controls on complex projects.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
