Test Analyst

Experienced test analyst required to work alongside this busy project team within HR/Finance

currently have a position for an experienced Test Analyst to join this organisation on a contract basis.  

You will work as part of a team that will require attendance of daily scrums, onsite meetings with the business stakeholders, and provide solutions on the various projects. 

Duties will include but not limited to: 

• Working alongside the project team
• Reporting progress, roadblocks and findings on a regular basis.
• Participating in software reviews and testing discussions.
• Able to follow process and guidelines set by the testing team along with bringing fresh ideas. 
• Ensuring product quality is maintained and can be quantified.
• Liaising with developers to enhance product quality and testing rigor.
• Looking to continually improving appropriate testing methodologies, tools and techniques in line with industry best practice.

Skill and experience

• Experience working in an IT testing environment, with a clear understanding of testing roles, principles, methodologies, and tools
• Proven ability to develop and execute test cases and achieve milestones
• Knowledge of SAP is highly desirable
• Demonstrated understanding of change, configuration and release management
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies & sprint/scrum processes.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Software Engineering or a relevant
