What are you really passionate about in your role?
I love understanding people’s goals and aspirations and take great satisfaction in guiding them toward opportunities that will have a meaningful impact on their careers and businesses. The relationships I create and the positive outcomes that follow are what truly drive my passion for recruitment.
What do your clients/candidates love most about what you do?
I believe they appreciate my clear communication, expertise and transparency, along with my availability to provide guidance throughout the process. This approach helps clients and candidates feel confident and supported in their recruitment journey.
How do you stay on top of changes in the industry?
By actively engaging with a variety of resources, including market reports, industry webinars and networking events. I also regularly connect with my team, clients and candidates to understand the evolving needs of the market.
If you didn't work in recruitment, what would you be doing?
Something in the arts industry. When I was younger, I wanted to be a dancer.
What are your hobbies / favourite activities outside of work?
Swimming and going to live performances and the theatre
Do you personally support any local charities/community organisations?
Yes, Got Your Back Sista – a registered charity dedicated to providing relief and support to women and children who have escaped the trauma of domestic violence.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
Recruiting remotely in my hammock from the Maldives, with a paddleboard nearby for some post-interview relaxation!
