Meet your Keynote Speaker | Nicki Bowman
Nicki is a Wollongong local whose leadership career has seen her roam from the skyscrapers of Sydney to the onion fields of New Zealand, to the deserts of Burkina Faso. She has worked at executive and Board levels in industries as diverse as mining, finance, manufacturing, sports and IT services.
Closer to home, Nicki was the inaugural Deputy Chair of Football South Coast, and (for something completely different!) is also the founder of the Illawarra Branch of Dress for Success and a former director of its parent organisation, Dress for Success NSW& ACT.
Her passion for leadership saw her leave her corporate career in 2019 to establish her boutique leadership practice. At the heart of her leadership training and coaching lies a comprehensive, unique leadership program designed by Nicki. Her program has the goal of equipping current and emerging leaders with the tools and insights they need to build a psychologically safe, innovative and energised culture – with the ultimate goal of delivering sustainable high performance.
