We are thrilled to announce Melanie Silburn as a minor shareholder in Verve Partners’ Wollongong office. Melanie has been with the business for more than 18 months, bringing with her 18+ years of experience with boutique and Tier One agencies. She was recently promoted to Regional Recruitment Manager and is leading our expansion in the Illawarra region.
With a focus on partnership and a commitment to personalised recruitment solutions, Verve Partners aims to differentiate itself in the market by providing a tailored approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
It’s why, Melanie says, she was drawn to join the business and then champion its growth.
“The thing I love about Verve Partners is that we are all seasoned consultants. We have backgrounds in Tier One agencies, where the priority was often not the relationship but getting the deal across the line. Verve Partners is the complete opposite; it’s not about us, it’s about you.”
