What did you want to be when you were younger?
Baby Spice or a sports psychologist!
What does your day-to-day role involve?
Creating and building partnerships! How? Getting on the road, meeting people face to face, understanding the needs and wants of my clients and finding them the right candidates.
Why do you do what you do?
I’ve always loved helping people. It brings me joy. There’s nothing better than helping someone, especially with their careers. We spend so much time at work, so it’s important to enjoy what you do.
How do you keep your clients/candidates happy?
Regular check-ins, listening and being committed to my work.
What’s your favourite quote?
If we don't laugh...we cry.
What are your hobbies/favourite activities outside of work?
Pilates, walking, champagne and cooking for people.

If you didn't work in recruitment, what would you be doing?
I would be doing something in the not-for-profit space.
