In recent years, HR has moved from being backend support to an important strategic function responsible for employing and managing a business's most critical asset – its people. This is an area we know very well, of course, as recruitment and people are our thing!
Our specialist HR team has 16+ years' experience in the field and acts as the HR recruiter for 50+ clients and 200+ candidates in the Newcastle area. We're also a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and are actively involved in HR networks.
What we've learned about HR recruitment is that there are four crucial elements of success: skill set, a sound understanding of HR law and best practices, salary expectations, and, crucially, a cultural fit between business and candidate. It's a jigsaw we love to solve.
